We are seeking a dedicated and growth-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions, helping them choose the right programs for their success.Key Responsibilities:

Student Advising & Sales: Conduct one-on-one consulting sessions and pitch our educational services to prospective students through cold calling.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads via cold calls, emails, and professional networking.

Client Relationships: Build positive relationships with prospective clients, understanding their learning needs and effectively conveying our value.

Reporting & Training: Participate in regular sales training and provide weekly reports on sales activities and targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

High energy, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven sales environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setup.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary 15K to 18K + Incentives 10K
