Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales leads generated through courier portals, calls, and emails.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide courier service quotations based on destination country.

Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable service options.

Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings.

Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth order execution.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Strong communication and email-writing skills.

Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and with accuracy.

Customer-oriented, persuasive, and target-driven.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
