Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, developing client relationships, and helping customers find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Note: Freshers can't applicable , experience is must here (what kind experience: sales & marketing)

Roles& Responsiblity

Identify sales opportunities and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.).

• Provide accurate policy information and explain policy terms and conditions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewal and cross-selling opportunities.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and answer any policy-related queries.

• Maintain proper documentation and records in the CRM system.

• Stay updated with insurance industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
