Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales through strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
· Present and pitch company products/services to prospective clients.
· Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client success.
· Maintain records of all sales and prospecting activities using CRM tools.
· Ready to embrace new challenges and projects with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in business development, B2B, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
· Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
· Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
· (For international roles) Familiarity with global sales practices and cultural awareness.
Preferred Qualifications:
