We are seeking candidates with Pharmaceutical Marketing, Brand Management, or Sales experience who want to build a career in Healthcare Advertising Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics companies
- Build and maintain CXO/Brand Manager relationships in target pharma accounts
- Understand client marketing objectives and develop tailored agency proposals
- Lead pitch presentations with strategy, creative, and medical teams
- Own revenue targets and pipeline management
Required:
- 4+ years in pharma with exposure to marketing strategy, brand plans, HCP engagement
- Existing network in pharma marketing teams is a huge plus
- Strong commercial acumen + negotiation skills
- Interest in advertising, digital marketing, medical communications
- MBA preferred but not mandatory if you’ve managed brands/P&L
