Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets.
Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and branding efforts.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Track and report performance metrics and ROI from business development efforts.
