About Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth through effective sales and market development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Present company products/services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales pipelines in CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve outreach and conversion
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales / IT / Services industry
Knowledge of digital marketing or lead-generation tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
