Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Business Development Manager / Director
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, pitching products/services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Pitch company products/services to potential customers and explain value propositions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences for lead generation and brand promotion.
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong presentation and proposal drafting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce or related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Prior experience in [Banking/Finance/IT/Manufacturing/etc. – customize as per industry] will be an added advantage.
