Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and goals.
2. Provide expert advice on marketing strategies, digital tools and growth opportunities.
3. Develop customized business strategies to improve performance and ROI.
4. Align client needs with Fuel It Online's service offerings such as website development, SEO and inventory management systems.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
6. Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of services.
7. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for clients.
8. Share insights to enhance service delivery and maintain a competitive edge.
9. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
10. Act as a trusted sales executive ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
11. Track and analyze the performance of implemented strategies.
12. Provide actionable feedback and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Demonstrate proven experience as a business advisor, consultant or in a similar role.
3. Show strong understanding of digital marketing, web development and technology solutions.
4. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
6. Be proficient in tools like CRM software, Google Analytics and project management platforms.
Additional Requirements:
1. Hold a degree in BBA, Marketing, IT or a relevant business/technical field (preferred).
2. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales, digital marketing services or technology solutions (preferred).
3. Freshers are also welcomed.
4. Own a laptop for official use.
5. Be willing to relocate to Jaipur if not already based there.
6. Be available for an onsite role at the Jaipur office.
7. Be comfortable with client visits and field sales activities as required.
