Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at a leading printing and packaging boxes manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through both calling and fieldwork. This role will require strong communication, customer engagement, and market research skills to support the expansion of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

oIdentify potential clients in various industries requiring packaging solutions.

oConduct cold calls and email outreach to generate new business leads.

oBuild and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

Fieldwork & Client Meetings:

oConduct on-site visits to client locations to understand their packaging requirements.

oPresent and negotiate packaging solutions, pricing, and contracts.

oProvide regular updates and reports on field visits and meetings.

Market Research & Analysis:

oStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

oPerform competitor analysis to identify areas for growth and improvement in services offered.
