IIOL Education Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The selected candidate will help expand our student base, generate business opportunities, promote educational programs, and drive admissions through effective counselling, sales, and digital lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counselling & Admissions: Explain courses, guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert interested candidates into admissions.
-L ead Generation: Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build professional relationships, and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
-Digital Marketing Support: Assist with online promotions, lead campaigns, social media outreach, and follow-ups with prospective students.
-Lead Follow Up: Maintain regular communication with interested candidates and help them through the admission process.
-Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a professional, helpful, and satisfactory experience for students and clients.
- Team Coordination: Work with the internal team to ensure smooth admission processing and service delivery.
- Reporting & Strategy: Maintain lead records, track conversions, prepare performance reports, and suggest ideas for business growth.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Graduate in any discipline.
*1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, student counselling, admissions, or digital marketing preferred.
*Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
*Good Hindi communication skills; English communication is an advantage.
*Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media.
*Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship building skills.
Ability to work towards targets and convert leads into admissions.
*Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
