Key Responsibilities

Handle student and client inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career paths, and admission procedures
Identify and convert leads into enrollments through effective communication
Support business growth initiatives, partnerships, and outreach activities
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
Represent IIFT professionally during interactions, events, and promotional activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates only
Educational background from CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, admissions, counselling, sales, or education support
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident personality with a professional and customer-focused approach
