Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with various teams to achieve business goals. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and presenting business solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Min 2 Years Experience in the software development or IT industry is Required.

Time/Salary Structure:
Time: 9AM -5PM MON-FRI
Salary: 20-30,000₹ Per Month (15K Fixed Plus 5-12% Incentive)

Laptop & smartphone with internet are mandatory.
Formal/Indian dress code for physical visits (if applicable).
Maintain professionalism: proper call logs, client privacy, daily reporting by 12 AM.
No targets for minimum sales, but some software business is required each month to avoid salary hold.
