Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with salon partners and freelance beauty professionals.

  • Onboard new partners onto the Urban Culture platform.

  • Guide partners through the onboarding process and documentation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

  • Regularly follow up with partners to ensure active engagement on the platform.

  • Resolve partner queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

  • Maintain accurate partner records and onboarding data in CRM/Google Sheets.

  • Achieve monthly partner onboarding and activation targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Acquisition, Customer Success, or Sales.

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
