Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with salon partners and freelance beauty professionals.
Onboard new partners onto the Urban Culture platform.
Guide partners through the onboarding process and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Regularly follow up with partners to ensure active engagement on the platform.
Resolve partner queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate partner records and onboarding data in CRM/Google Sheets.
Achieve monthly partner onboarding and activation targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Acquisition, Customer Success, or Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
