Handle end-to-end inside sales activities to drive business growth.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp communication, and email inquiries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
Generate and manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and close deals.
Maintain accurate data records in CRM/Excel and ensure timely reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on consistent performance.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi & English.
Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B Inside Sales is mandatory.
Good knowledge of data management and working on Excel/CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under target-driven environments.
Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building ability.
Prior experience in perfume, fragrance, chemical, or raw material industry will be a strong plus.
Candidates with immediate joining availability will be preferred.
