Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end inside sales activities to drive business growth.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp communication, and email inquiries.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

  • Generate and manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and close deals.

  • Maintain accurate data records in CRM/Excel and ensure timely reporting.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery updates, and issue resolution.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on consistent performance.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi & English.

    • Strong client handling and negotiation skills.

    • Experience in B2B Inside Sales is mandatory.

    • Good knowledge of data management and working on Excel/CRM tools.

    • Ability to multitask and work under target-driven environments.

    • Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building ability.


    Additional Preferences:

    • Prior experience in perfume, fragrance, chemical, or raw material industry will be a strong plus.

    • Candidates with immediate joining availability will be preferred.
