HNI – Hospitality Network India | Indore | Full-time
HNI is building the everything platform for Indian hospitality: consulting, AI tools, a partner network, and a growing house of brands for hotels, restaurants and cafés. We work directly with owners to fix revenue leaks, improve guest experience, and bring AI onto the floor.
We need someone who can open doors and close deals.
What you’ll do
- Find and pitch hotels, restaurants, cafés and banquet owners across Indore, Ujjain and MP
- Run discovery meetings, present HNI audits and solutions, and convert them into annual clients
- Build and manage a pipeline from first call to signed contract
- Develop partnerships with vendors, suppliers, creators and industry bodies
- Represent HNI at events and networking forums, and help grow the HNI community
- Share field feedback with the product and consulting teams
Who you are
- 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, business development or hospitality (freshers with strong hustle are welcome)
- Comfortable walking into a restaurant and asking for the owner
- Clear communicator in Hindi and English
- Organised with follow-ups and numbers
- Understanding of hospitality, F&B
- Own two-wheeler preferred (field role)
