We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads, build relationships with potential clients.

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help drive business growth.

• Schedule and conduct site visits, presentations, and meetings with clients.

• Understand clients’ property needs and recommend suitable options.

• Negotiate and close real estate deals.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets and trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.

• Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports and forecasts.
