Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new business clients.

  • Business Renewal: Achieve sales targets by growing revenue from existing clients.

  • Lead Generation: Develop a qualified lead database through referrals and cold calling.

  • Closure and Collection: Manage prospects, negotiate commercials, and close deals with proper documentation.

  • Process Adherence: Ensure all actions align with company processes and policies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and implement effective solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  2. 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales.

  3. Strong client handling and escalation management skills.

  4. Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.

  5. Positive attitude and aptitude for sales.

  6. Flexible and proactive approach toward problem-solving.
