🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and engage potential clients.

• Qualify leads, understand business requirements, and set up meetings with internal teams.

• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate information.

• Follow up proactively on warm leads and nurture long-term business relationships.

• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to refine outreach messaging and campaigns.

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.

🔹 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client outreach (preferably in marketing/IT/agency domain).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must).

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently during the WFH period and coordinate effectively with the Gurgaon-based team.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
