Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (On-site)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview

We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, engage with clients, and close sales. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a strong career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain CRM and sales records

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Regular degree preferred)

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Experience in telesales, BDE, or sales is an advantage

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Ability to handle objections and follow-ups
