We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in the recruitment industry. The primary focus of this role is new client acquisition and revenue generation across US, UK, and European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end new business development in the recruitment/staffing space
Identify, target, and acquire new clients across US, UK, and Europe
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Understand client hiring requirements and pitch IT staffing, contract, and FTE solutions
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close deals
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
Consistently achieve revenue and client acquisition targets
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment/staffing industry
Strong and proven experience in new client acquisition (mandatory)
Experience handling international markets (US/UK/Europe)
Solid understanding of IT staffing, contract staffing, and permanent hiring models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
