Job Summary:

We are excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on interior fitouts. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in business development within the interior fitout industry. You will receive training and mentorship to develop your skills in client engagement, sales strategies, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

1.   Market Research and Analysis:

 

a.   Assist in researching the interior fitout market, identifying potential clients, and analyzing market trends.

b.   Contribute to the development of strategies for expanding our client base and increasing market share.

c.    Stay updated on industry news, competitors, and emerging fitout solutions.

 

2.   Client Engagement:

a.   Participate in outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and attending industry events.

b.   Learn to build and maintain professional relationships with both existing and potential clients.

c.    Understand client needs and collaborate with senior team members to propose suitable fitout solutions.

 

3.   Sales Support:

a.   Learn about our interior fitout offerings and their features to effectively communicate value to clients.

b.   Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.

c.    Observe sales negotiations and gain insights into successful sales strategies.

 

 

4.   Collaboration and Learning:

a.   Collaborate with internal teams to understand fitout project processes and coordination.

b.   Learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to different aspects of the business.

c.    Participate in training sessions to enhance your sales and business development skills.

 

5.   Qualifications:

a.   Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

b.   Passion for business development and an interest in the interior fitout industry.

c.    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

a.   Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

b.   Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

c.    While not mandatory, any relevant coursework or projects related to business development is appreciated.
