Hashtag Digitals Solutions is a digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website design and development, and business automation.
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with potential clients and understand their digital marketing requirements.
Pitch digital marketing services, including lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, and website development.
Schedule client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up records in the CRM.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
Ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close deals.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
