Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product features, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain product details (massage chairs, leg massagers, and other wellness equipment) clearly and convincingly.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested clients to close sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Share customer feedback with management for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales (preferred in consumer goods, electronics, or wellness products).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to explain technical/product details in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software is a plus.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
