We are hiring Executive / Sr. Executive – Business Development for Bengaluru. Candidate must be fluent in Kannada. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation, cold calling, and identifying prospective clients.
Schedule meetings, deliver business presentations, and build client relationships.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and support marketing/social media initiatives.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support administrative sales functions.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or BHM + MBA.
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory (English & Hindi preferred).
Preferred background: Facility Management, Housekeeping, Hospitality, Real Estate, or B2B Sales.
