Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
About the Role-
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with hands-on experience across the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be confident in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities.
- Generate new sales opportunities and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively.
- Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages.
- Track sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with min 1+ year of experience in IT sales.
- Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closure.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred language - English, Hindi, Bengali, & Tamil,Telegu, Kannada.
Work location – Work from Office ( Sector 5, Salt Lake. Kolkata )
