Job Description

Generate new business through outbound calling and follow up on inbound enquiries.
Manage the complete B2B and B2C sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Experience in target-driven sales.
Experience in Software Sales will be an added advantage.
Candidates with Real Estate Sales background are not eligible
