Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at GTECH WEB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, and promoting services related to Trademark Registration, GST Registration, Taxation, and Compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups

* Generate and qualify leads for business registration and compliance services

* Explain company services including Trademark Registration, GST Registration, Tax & Compliance solutions.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or reports


Required Skills


* Excellent communication and convincing skills

* Excellent understanding of sales and client handling

* Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment

* Knowledge of GST, Trademark, or Compliance services will be an added advantage

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications


Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in any discipline

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales/Telesales/BDE profile

* Experience in Compliance, or Service Industry Legal, Taxation, preferred.
