Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Work

Job Responsibilities:

Visit companies in the field to collect HR / company data

Develop and maintain tie-ups with companies for hiring requirements

Explain consultancy services to HRs, Admins, and Company Owners

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Follow up with companies for job openings and recruitment needs

Coordinate with internal recruitment team for closures

Maintain daily field visit and tie-up reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with field work & client visits

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
