Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Salary is negotiable based on experience and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate options.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Schedule client meetings and property visits.
Build strong relationships with clients and assist throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude are welcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Working Hours
Male: 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM
Female: 10:15 AM – 6:30 PM
