Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: Sales

Job Summary:

Green Grapes Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales to expand our global market presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating international sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the medical diagnostics industry. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions to drive sales growth. Reporting Structure: Reports to Team Leader/ Manager Experience Required: 1-3 years Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for diagnostic products.

• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and business partners.

• Conduct market research to identify potential regions and customer needs.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

• Attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Green Grapes Diagnostics.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to streamline sales operations.

• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.


Job Specification: Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Life sciences or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in business development. • Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade laws, and compliance regulations. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS office. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
