We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support sales growth and client acquisition in the real estate sector. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, site visits, and assisting in property deal closures.
Generate and follow up on property leads through calls, referrals, and walk-ins
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Arrange and coordinate site visits with prospective clients
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
Assist in negotiations, booking, and documentation
Maintain accurate client and lead data in CRM systems
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
Willingness to travel for site visits
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is a plus
