We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience or strong interest in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), RO Plants, and other water-treatment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, sales growth, and supporting the proposal team.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in STP/ETP/WTP/RO segments.
Visit industrial clients, consultants, builders, govt. departments, and contractors.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry, site visit, proposal submission to closure.
Coordinate with the proposal/engineering team for technical offers and BOQs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights.
Follow up on tenders, quotations, and payment collection.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and meetings.
Good communication & presentation skills.
Basic understanding of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, Softener, DM, ZLD systems.
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Strong negotiation & client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering (preferred).
MBA / BBA in Marketing or equivalent (added advantage).
Candidates with water-treatment industry experience preferred but freshers with knowledge may also apply.
