Manage sales pipeline and prepare weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the proposal and engineering team for costing, BOQ, and technical proposals.
Negotiate pricing, scope of work, and commercial terms with clients.
Good knowledge of STP technologies (MBBR, SBR, MBR), ETP process flow, RO, UF, WTP components, etc.
Ability to read/understand PFD, basic design concepts, and technical comparisons.
Promote AMC, O&M, revamping, and plant upgradation services.
Visit sites to confirm technical requirements.
Coordinate with project and service teams for smooth execution.
Provide end-to-end support to clients during pre- and post-sales.
Proven experience in BD/Sales in the water treatment industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and client acquisition ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and tender portals.
Ability to work independently with a strong result-driven approach.
B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental) – Preferred
MBA in Marketing (optional)
Strong hands-on experience in Water/Wastewater Solutions is highly valuable.
