Job Description

Globus Accounting is hiring experienced US telesales / inside sales professionals to work on a high-value US tax and accounting services process. This role is ideal for candidates with strong US voice experience who want stable night shifts, quality leads, and real earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects using CRM and auto-dialer

• Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns and referrals

• Pitch professional services including:

  • US Individual & Business Tax Filing

  • Tax Planning & Tax Saving Strategies

  • Bookkeeping and Accounting Services

• Qualify prospects and close sales OR book qualified appointments

• Follow up with interested prospects and manage the sales pipeline

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent English communication with US voice experience

• Proven background in US telesales / inside sales / international BPO

• Comfortable working US night shifts

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

• Target-driven mindset with ethical sales approach

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US tax, accounting, insurance, financial, or legal sales

• Familiarity with CRM, VOIP, and auto-dialers

• Prior experience handling US customers

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
