Key Responsibilities :
● Lead Identification & Qualification: Research and qualify new leads and identify
potential leads to engage.
● Cold Calling: Make strategic cold calls for new and existing business leads.
● Sales Meetings: Prepare for meetings through thorough research on target clients.
● Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
● Brand Positioning: Conduct effective sales meetings to position our brand as the top
choice.
● Product Expertise: Suggest and educate clients on various products and services.
● Product Demonstration: Explain and demonstrate product and service features.
● Sales Proposals: Collaborate with the operations team to create proposals and
pre-event P&L.
● Negotiation: Negotiate mutually beneficial deals with clients.
● Sales Conversion: Close sales and meet sales targets.
● Client Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the client and the operations team
from contract to event completion.
● Client Communication: Professionally document all client discussions via email.
● Client Inquiry Management: Respond to client inquiries and provide additional
information via email.
● Database Management: Keep the CRM updated with detailed notes and comments.
● Market Awareness: Stay informed about competing products and services.
● Upselling: Upsell products and services.
● Follow-ups: Maintain consistency and persistence in follow-ups.
● Documentation: Manage the organization's database using internal templates.
● Forecasting: Develop timelines and forecasts for sales activities.
● Event Requirements: Generate event requirements from the client.
