Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively over the phone.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversions.

• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through polite communication.
  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Support Executive (freshers can also apply).

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entries, etc.).

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
