Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and ambitious Business Development Executives / Business Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow their career in sales, client handling, and business consulting. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

• Present company services and solutions effectively to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business growth targets.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream OR 12th pass.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Experience

• 0 to 2 years in Sales / Business Development / Client Handling.

• Preferred industries: Credit Card / Loan, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Term Insurance, BPO, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Life Insurance, Education, Automobile, Banking, FMCG, Software & IT, Telecom/ISP, Logistics, Stock Market & Mutual Funds, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Healthcare, and others.

Salary

• ₹96,000 to ₹1,80,000 per annum (based on skills & experience).
