Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team Gente in Noida, Sector 63.

You will handle client projects, identify business opportunities, and create strategies to improve performance. The role includes client interaction, project execution, and data analysis.

Salary is INR 18,000 in-hand plus incentives, accommodation, cab (drop), and dinner.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute client projects (recruitment, payroll, marketing campaigns).

Meet clients, assess needs, and gather business data.

Analyze issues and recommend practical solutions.

Develop and present business plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Females only, excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP preferred.

Open to Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM), Monday–Friday.
