Job Summary
We are looking for a serious and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate leads, make calls, schedule meetings, and convert clients for website development, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, app development, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to potential clients.
Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and field visits.
Explain company services professionally.
Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects regularly.
Convert leads into paying clients.
Maintain lead and client records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the technical and marketing team after project confirmation.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Monthly Targets (Mandatory)
Minimum 200+ calls per month
Minimum 40 qualified leads per month
Minimum 15 client meetings per month
Minimum 5 project conversions per month
Minimum ₹1,00,000 business generation per month
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Odia, Hindi & English preferred)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Confidence in client handling
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and IT services
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Performance Expectations
Daily reporting of calls and follow-ups.
Regular client communication.
Monthly target achievement is compulsory.
