The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads independently as well as handling company-provided leads. The role includes arranging client meetings, visiting clients, and closing B2B sales.
· Generate B2B leads independently through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms
· Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company
· Visit clients and explain company services professionally
· Arrange and attend client meetings
· Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
· Close B2B deals and achieve assigned targets
· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
· Update lead and meeting details in CRM
· Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure
· Represent the company professionally in the market
· Good communication and convincing skills
· Confidence in client meetings
· Willingness to do field work
· Ability to generate leads independently
· Basic understanding of B2B sales
· Discipline in follow-ups and reporting
· Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory)
· Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
