Gateway HR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company specializing in hiring solutions for manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, and allied sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base across Pune, Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, and nearby industrial areas.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
Identify and approach manufacturing companies with staffing and recruitment requirements.
Visit client locations to understand hiring needs and build long-term business relationships.
Present the company's recruitment and staffing solutions to HR, Plant Heads, Factory Managers, and business decision-makers.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and business presentations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).
Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, HR services, or industrial sales is preferred.
Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
Comfortable visiting industrial clients and conducting face-to-face meetings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of the manufacturing ecosystem in Pune, Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad, and surrounding industrial belts will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for business development.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
