Job Description:

· Prepare a quotation and send it to the client for further discussion with our Inside Sales Team

· Revise the quotation and send when required.

· Study all tender documents.

· Coordinate with concerned departments and fill the tender documents.

· Ensure proper and timely submission of tenders.

· Complete day’s assignment by the end of the day to meet deadlines.

Qualities required:

· Confident in Microsoft Excel with the ability to understand and work with Formulae.

· Mathematical skills with the ability to perform basic calculations accurately and quickly.

· Proficiency in Unit of measurement – Length, Area, Volume & Weight.

· Team player with Positive attitude.
