Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in inside sales within the IT/Software industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Conduct product presentations and online demos for prospective clients.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Manage the complete inside sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Indian IT market.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
