We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our clients' servers, VMware environments, backup systems, NAS, SAN, unified communications, Active Directory, and operating systems for servers. In addition, the candidate should possess strong managerial skills to lead and mentor the IT team members.

1. Lead Generation & Business Development - Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, enterprise, and data-center environments. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline through calls, emails, events, and networking.

2. Client Requirement Analysis - Understand client needs related to servers, workstations, backup, and storage solutions. - Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to create customized proposals.

3. Sales Cycle Management - Conduct product presentations and demos for clients. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and RFP responses. - Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and close deals within timelines.

4. Client Relationship Management - Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat and upsell business. - Coordinate internally with technical, operations, and support teams for smooth delivery.

5. Reporting & Targets - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Share sales reports, pipeline status, and market feedback with the manager.

Required Skills & Competencies - 2–3 years of experience in B2B / IT hardware / IT infrastructure sales. - Basic understanding of servers, storage, backup, and related technologies (preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle field meetings in Delhi-NCR. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
