Job Description

Hub Associate – South India

We’re hiring a Hub Associate to drive end-to-end operations and temple onboarding across Southern India. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with high ownership and frequent on-ground exposure.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end execution of poojas, chadawa, and related operations (planning to completion)
Manage hub operations across Southern states
Coordinate with temples, pandits, and videographers for smooth execution and timely uploads
Handle pricing, billing, and invoicing coordination
Travel on-ground to support temple onboarding, executions, and issue resolution

Who you are

6 months–2 years experience in operations or execution-heavy roles
Fluent in at least one South Indian language; comfortable understanding others
Willing to travel frequently and work on-ground
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-through skills
