This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals passionate about financial markets, client relationships, and sales.Key Responsibilities:Onboard new clients from provided leads.Connect with clients through calls and chat to understand their investment goals.Promote and sell our Financial Advisory Services to international clients (Malaysia and other foreign markets).Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information.Build lasting client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.Qualifications & Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.Basic understanding of the stock market or financial products.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Prior experience in investment advisory or financial services is an advantage.Compensation:Experienced Candidates: ₹3 LPA - ₹4 LPA + Attractive IncentivesFreshers:First 3 months: ₹15,000/month (including TDS)Post 3 months: 3 LPA
