BotKovai helps EdTech, training institutes, and service businesses convert WhatsApp, Meta Ads & website leads into customers automatically using AI + CRM.

Role Objective

Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification to demo, follow-ups, and closing paid subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp & ads

  • Understand customer pain points and recommend BotKovai solutions

  • Conduct live product demos via Google Meet

  • Convert trials & demos into paid SaaS subscriptions

  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects

  • Maintain lead status and notes in CRM

  • Share customer feedback with product & marketing teams

✅ Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in:

  • B2B SaaS sales

  • EdTech sales

  • CRM / WhatsApp API / Software products

  • Experience in demo-based selling is mandatory

✅ Skills

  • Strong communication in English & Tamil

  • Confident in explaining product value (not just features)

  • Comfortable with objections & follow-ups

  • Basic understanding of:

  • CRM tools

  • WhatsApp Business / Automation

  • Digital leads
