Role Objective
Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead qualification to demo, follow-ups, and closing paid subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp & ads
Understand customer pain points and recommend BotKovai solutions
Conduct live product demos via Google Meet
Convert trials & demos into paid SaaS subscriptions
Follow up consistently with interested prospects
Maintain lead status and notes in CRM
Share customer feedback with product & marketing teams
✅ Experience
1–3 years experience in:
B2B SaaS sales
EdTech sales
CRM / WhatsApp API / Software products
Experience in demo-based selling is mandatory
✅ Skills
Strong communication in English & Tamil
Confident in explaining product value (not just features)
Comfortable with objections & follow-ups
Basic understanding of:
CRM tools
WhatsApp Business / Automation
Digital leads
