Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth by offering digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and website development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records
Stay updated with industry trends in digital marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in sales or business development (digital marketing preferred)
Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
