Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join the Erayaa team. The BDE will be the front-line for driving sales growth by generating new leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals for our premium, approved residential plots and layouts across prime Bangalore locations. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about real estate and thrives in a performance-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue Generation• Lead Generation: Actively search for and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and referrals.• Client Engagement: Contact and follow up with prospective clients to introduce Erayaa's projects and understand their investment and residential needs.• Presentations & Site Visits: Conduct engaging presentations and manage end-to-end client site visits to our approved project locations.• Negotiation & Closure: Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate terms, and finalize sale agreements to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Market and Client Relationship Management• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.• Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with Bangalore's real estate market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and new project launches.• Customer Feedback: Capture and communicate client feedback to the sales and management teams for product and service improvement.
